Movable Bar Chords

You'll notice from the the last page, I organize movable chord shapes by what string their lowest root note is on. This allows you to play any chord on three different spots on the guitar neck.

Memorize the chord form, learn the notes on the low three strings, and you're all set. If you want to play C#minor, just find a convienient C# (5th string 4th fret) and place a 5th string root minor shape on that fret.

To the right is an alternate fingering for the 5th root major chord. Actually the fingering is the same but the high string is muffled, easier for those of us who's fingers aren't made of rubber.
